JamXfer strives to process all transactions accurately. Refunds are available for eligible transactions including failed transfers, duplicate charges, and unauthorized transactions.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund if: the transfer failed and funds were deducted; you were charged twice for the same transaction; the transaction was unauthorized; or the recipient did not receive the funds. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your original payment method.

4. Crypto Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible by design. Refunds for crypto transactions are only available in cases of system error or unauthorized access. Standard blockchain network fees are non-refundable.
