By using JamXfer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms govern your use of our money transfer platform, crypto wallet features, Web3 payment links, and all related services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use JamXfer. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your PIN and any linked devices. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use JamXfer only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include fraud, money laundering, and any illegal transactions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
Standard P2P transfers between JamXfer users are free. Cash-out fees: Standard payout (free, 1-3 business days); Instant payout (1.5% fee, ~30 minutes). Crypto network fees vary by blockchain and are paid to validators, not JamXfer.
JamXfer is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses beyond our direct control, including blockchain network failures, third-party service outages, or user errors in entering wallet addresses.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance. We may retain records as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in Jamaican courts.
